We really enjoyed the Puerto Bahia Villas & Spa Luxury Investment Opportunity Weekend. We found that in working with Remax-Paraiso and the developer there was never any pressure to buy. The whole group was very professional and they provided a high level of “need to know” information regarding owning real estate in Mexico. We are real estate investors back home in Dallas, Texas and we know a good opportunity when we see it. More important than that, we purchased a home site in phase one as our first step towards retiring in Puerto Vallarta. We are very pleased with our decision and would recommend this project to anyone looking at what this unique development has to offer!

Weekend Event:

Grant and I totally enjoyed our weekend with the Puerto Bahia team and other curious folks like us from around the country.   We had been looking at property in Mexico for a couple of years and many realtors had shown us their properties, but this weekend went above and beyond by not only showing us the Puerto Bahia development, but by introducing us to many experts who were able to educate us about life in Mexico.  We spent time getting to know the development team and wandered around the property two or three times as we dreamt about a future  overlooking the Bay.  We also had a ton of fun with many new friends from Canada, the US and Mexico whom we stayed in touch with long after the weekend was over.

Puerto Bahia Development:

My husband Grant and I have been looking at property in Mexico for the past 2 or 3 years.  We have looked at houses, condos and lots to build on.  We have considered renting and owning, part time and full time, on the ocean and in the mountains.  We even created a spreadsheet with our list of needs and desires ranked and sorted.  But when we visited Puerto Bahia Villas and Spas we instantly felt this was the right place for us – both as an investment opportunity and as a home.  Everything that was most important on our list  - especially that amazing ocean view –  we found at Puerto Bahia at a price that was extremely reasonable.  So we didn’t just buy a lot – we bought 2!  One to build our dream home on and the other to use as an investment.  We  are convinced that not only is Puerto Bahia a great place to live, but that property values in this area will certainly increase as more people choose to live here on beautiful Banderas Bay.

This development is an enterprising and ambitious undertaking. What was so impressive about the project was its vision and scope whereby so many homeowners will be privileged to a fantastic view of the mountains, ocean or both.

The presentation of the project to potential owners was thorough and comprehensive.  All aspects of financing, Mexican/foreign ownership procedures, home design choices, prices, assorted Mexican support companies, and different types of ownership options were covered to my satisfaction.

The accommodations during the sales presentation over a three-day period were excellent.

 I have since purchased a prime, ocean view home site at Puerto Bahia Villas & Spa.

What a pleasant surprise our trip to the Puerto Bahia Villas & Spa investment opportunity weekend was for both of us.  The accommodations were top notch and we met many interesting and fun attendees.  The professionals from ReMax-Paraiso arranged a very informative agenda which included experts who spoke on topics relevant to property investment opportunities and living in Mexico.

We believe Puerto Bahia Villas & Spa is a great investment but we purchased a prime view lot and a villa with plans to live in this paradise at least six months out of the year.  Unlike most sales presentations, this weekend was very informative and there was NO pressure to buy. 
We can’t wait to start building our new home.
